1. Marketplace Disclaimer

TryStuffs.com, operated by Flipvo LLC, is a peer-to-peer marketplace platform that facilitates connections between item Owners and Sellers and the Renters and Buyers who try, rent, or buy their items. TryStuffs is not a party to any rental or sale transaction and does not own, possess, inspect, insure, endorse, or control any items listed on the Platform.

We do not verify the accuracy of listing descriptions, the condition of items, the qualifications of users, or the suitability of any item for a particular purpose. All representations about items are made solely by the Owner or Seller. Beyond identity verification required by law (such as the INFORM Consumers Act) and the KYC checks performed by our payment provider, we do not independently vet users.

2. No Warranty

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TRYSTUFFS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Platform.

3. Item Condition & Safety

TryStuffs does not inspect, test, certify, or guarantee the safety or condition of any item listed on the Platform. Users are solely responsible for:

  • Inspecting items before use
  • Determining whether an item is safe and suitable for their needs
  • Using appropriate safety equipment and precautions
  • Understanding the risks associated with any item they rent or list

Items available on the Platform may include equipment that can cause serious injury or property damage if used improperly, including but not limited to power tools, drones, sporting equipment, vehicles, and electronic devices.

Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to the items they rent or list. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Drones: FAA registration, Part 107 certification for commercial use, airspace restrictions, and local ordinances.
  • Vehicles: Valid driver's license, insurance requirements, and registration.
  • Watercraft: Boating licenses, safety equipment requirements, and local regulations.
  • Power tools & equipment: OSHA safety standards, protective equipment, and proper training.
  • Tax obligations: Users are responsible for reporting rental and sale income and paying applicable taxes.

5. Insurance & Protection Limitations

TryStuffs does not provide insurance coverage for items, users, or transactions. Owners and Renters are encouraged to:

  • Carry their own liability insurance
  • Check whether their homeowner's or renter's insurance covers peer-to-peer rentals
  • Use the optional deposit feature for high-value items
  • Meet in public, well-lit locations when possible

The optional security deposit feature is a convenience tool, not an insurance product. Deposits are limited to the amount set by the Owner and may not cover the full value of an item.

6. Availability

TryStuffs does not guarantee the availability of any item, the reliability of any user, or the completion of any transaction. Listings may be inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable. Users may cancel bookings subject to our cancellation policy.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
